The Initial Consultation

- The Deep Dive: We begin with a complete health history and root-cause evaluation. This session includes a personalized body-type assessment, initial care planning, and clear immediate next steps. If specialized clinical diagnostic testing is required to map your path, your lab orders will be tailored and placed during this time.
Phase 2
The Comprehensive Lab & Strategy Review
90 Minutes
- Connecting the Dots: Once your diagnostic data is complete, we reconvene for an in-depth analysis. In this extended session, we build your foundational wellness road map, providing you with precise, individualized supplement guidance, tailored dietary protocols, and exercise recommendations aligned with your unique physiology.
Phase 3
The Integration Follow-Up
30 Minutes
- Refining the Plan: To ensure you are fully supported as you implement your new routines, this final session is dedicated to reviewing your progress, answering emerging questions, and tying everything together for your sustainable, independent wellness journey.

*Regarding Lab Fees: Labs are ordered through insurance whenever possible. When does my annual membership begin?
A: Memberships typically begin immediately following the completion of your 3-stage Initial Care Pathway. This ensures that your annual membership is built upon a fully established clinical roadmap, allowing us to dive straight into execution, optimization, and tracking.

What are the payment options for the annual investment?
A: To keep our focus entirely on your clinical care while respecting your financial planning, we do not offer ongoing monthly billing. All memberships receive a 10% discount when paid in full upfront. Alternatively, we offer straightforward installment options based on the tier you choose:
- The Essential Membership ($1,000): Pay in full upfront with a 10% discount or divide the cost into two equal installments spread across the first half of your membership year.
- Enhanced, Premier, and Elite Memberships ($1,600–$3,500): Pay in full upfront with a 10% discount or divide the cost into four equal installments spaced evenly throughout your membership year.
*Note: If you plan to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), we recommend checking with your plan administrator regarding reimbursement rules for installment-based care.

What happens if I need more sessions than my tier provides?
A: If unexpected health changes arise or you simply decide you want more touch points throughout the year, you can easily book individual, a-la-carte follow-up sessions at our preferred member rate, or transition up to a higher membership tier at any time.

How does “Portal Message Management” work?
A: For our Enhanced, Premier, and Elite members, portal messaging provides a secure, direct line of asynchronous communication to our practice for non-emergency questions. It is ideal for quick clarifications regarding your current supplement protocols, dietary adjustments, or lifestyle recommendations between your scheduled visits.

What happens if I cancel my membership or Initial Care Pathway?
A: Any unused balance will be refunded after deducting the cost of care already received at a rate of $500 per hour, followed by a 6% processing fee on the remaining balance.
For example, if $3,500 has been paid and one hour of care has been received, $500 will first be deducted, leaving a balance of $3,000. The 6% processing fee is then deducted from that balance, resulting in a refund of $2,820.
