Our Services

Heidelberger Integrative Health & Medicine is a specialty practice focused on chronic care and long-term wellness. We do not provide primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical services. Patients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for routine medical needs, vaccinations, screenings, and acute or urgent health concerns.

Appointment Pricing — In-Person or Virtual

We offer both in-person and telemedicine appointments to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

  • Initial Visit: Introductory Rate of $300 (60 minutes)
  • Follow-Up Visits: $150 (30 minutes)
  • Online Booking Deposit: $50 (applied toward your visit)

*Please note: Lab tests and diagnostic services are not included in the consultation fee and will be handled directly with the lab.

Portal Messaging Policy

To ensure the quality and continuity of care, medical advice or consultation provided through the patient portal is subject to a fee. Messages that require clinical decision-making, assessment, or personalized treatment guidance will be billed starting at $30.

Payment Policy

We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. However, we gladly accept:

  • Cash/Credit/Check
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 

A detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider, if applicable.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect our time and other patients, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment or you fail to show, your $50 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 
  • Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if proper notice is given.

All patient information is kept strictly confidential under HIPAA guidelines. Your privacy and trust are a top priority.
